Cooper Cases: Cooper Trooper 2K iPad Case Review

You know how a phone or tablet has become an essential in our daily lives, especially when you have children. There's no denying that it is now a tech era for the young ones. You see a lot of kids watching some YouTube videos or playing games on a phone/tablet everywhere now.

I have to admit, that sometimes when you are out or travelling, these gadgets are very useful in keeping the kids occupied instead of running around the restaurants, cafe, train, airplane or wherever else it's better they sit still. Even during long car rides/road trips when you wouldn't want them to feel restless throughout the whole journey. That's when this Cooper Trooper 2K iPad case from Cooper Cases makes things easier, providing the iPad with more than sufficient all-round protection.

When I received this in the mail, the case and shoulder strap was packed in a clear Cooper Case package, wrapped with 2 layers of bubble wrap and in a poly mailer bag. Very well packaged. They also provide tracking in an email.

As shown in the photo above, it comes with a thick cardboard mock tablet which doubles up as the instruction manual.

Let's see what this case has to offer!

That's the adjustable kickstand right there, so your iPad can stand in portrait or landscape mode, making it hands free, for use with a bluetooth keyboard or simply for watching videos.

These demonstrate how the kickstand works and roughly the angle of the tablet when the kickstand is adjusted to the maximum.

This is how the shoulder strap is attached to the case. I personally don't recommend kids younger than 7 to use the shoulder strap. But it's useful during car/train/plane journeys where you can sling it over the seat the way you see on the instruction manual. And you can use it in portrait or landscape mode as well!

As you can see, the case is really thick and cushiony, so there is no worries at all leaving the tablet in your children's hands.

My personal opinion is that the kickstand can be a little flimsy and doesn't stay at the adjusted position well at times. And, I would also remove the shoulder strap when giving the iPad to my 3 year old to play with. Overall, I feel that it makes a good case especially when you leave it to your little ones to play with on their own. At USD 19.95. it's a good buy to protect your USD XXX.XX tablets!

There are 3 color options for this case: Blue, Black and Pink.
